Servings: This recipe makes 1 burger.

Ingredients:

  • (75100) Pretzel Bun (sliced) - 1 bun
  • (72588) Gourmet Steak Burger - 1 patty (170g)
  • (30416) Pork Sausages - 1 sausage
  • (27088) Bacon-Streaky - 1 slice
  • (2594) Cranberry Sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • (77576) Sage & Onion Stuffing - 1/4 cup (prepared)
  • (66530) Cheese Burger Slice - 1 slice
  • (58620) Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon
  • (68273) Gravy-Mix - 2 teaspoons (prepared)
  • Salad to dress burger
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Stuffing: Prepare a small portion of the (77576) Sage & Onion Stuffing according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. Cook the pig in blanket: Fry the (30416) Pork Sausage in a pan with a little olive oil until fully cooked. Wrap the sausage in a slice of (27088) Bacon-Streaky and cook until crispy. This is your pig in blanket.
  3. Cook the Burger: Grill the (72588) Gourmet Steak Burger from frozen on a grill or in a pan over medium-high heat. Melt a slice of (66530) Cheese Burger Slice on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Make the Gravy Mayonnaise: In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of (58620) Mayonnaise with 2 teaspoons of prepared (68273) Gravy-Mix. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  5. Assemble the Burger: Lightly toast the (75100) Pretzel Bun. Spread a generous spoonful of the gravy mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun and add your salad. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by a scoop of the prepared stuffing. Add a dollop of (2594) Cranberry Sauce. Place the top half of the bun on the burger, then crown with the pig in blanket.
  6. Serve: Serve the festive burger hot, with extra cranberry sauce and gravy mayonnaise on the side if desired.
